Key features that will be added to the MROffice Dialer in 2011:
● Predictive Support.We are proud to have been awarded funding from TechNZ for further developing our dialer. The funding, which is meant to stimulate the development of innovative technology in NZ, allows us to work on a revolutionary predictive dialing algorithm based on neural networks
● NEBU Support NEBU Preview dialing has been implemented, and will soon go live at our first beta tester. NEBU Preview dialing support will be commercially available from April 2011, and power dialing later this year
Extra's

Besides the basics, the MROffice Power Dialer implements the following extra's:
● Dialer Monitor.A life overview of all active campaigns, active agents and active phone numbers, with color coded dialing statuses. Implemented with the latest and greatest HTML5 technologies
● Recording Search Interface. Your recordings will be stored on your MROffice Dialer server. Through a web interface you can search for them and download them, or play them directly in the browser. Search parameters include:

  • Date
  • Duration
  • Survey
  • Interviewer
  • Interview number
  • Telephone number
